The firm only has test kits for quaternary ammonium. Firm uses bleach as sanitizer. The firm needs chlorine test strips to adequately test bleach for the proper parts per million. (PPM). Bleach should be between 50 and 100 ppm to use as a food contact surface sanitizer. |
