Freeze dried ice cream cannot be made under the food freedom act, dairy items has to be inspected and permitted as a food manufacturer. It does not fall under the Food Freedom act. Also skittles and peppermint is freeze dried and even though they can be manufactured under the Food Freedom Act, there is no address, no declaration of not being processed in a non inspected facility. There is nothing that points that it is a product being manufactured under the Food Freedom Act. There is also no company by this name in our approved and inspected manufacturing database. Also not all items have sub ingredients which is required if sold under the food freedom act. |
