The Walk-in cooler was not holding food items that require temperature control for food saftey below 412 degrees. Calibrated State Thermometer in a cup of ice water (reading 32.2 degrees)- Following food items had an internal temperature taken- 1/2 gallon of milk, breakfast sandwich, and chip dip all between 51 and 53 degrees |
Items are gathered in the cooler in a central location- 8 Chip Dips, 1- 1/2 gallon of milk and 10 Breakfast sandwiches have had the label marked through- will not be sold |
