Liquid observed leaking from deli dish machine door directly onto the floor when dish machine was running.
**Waste water observed backing up from drain onto floor in cake decorating area in bakery department, retail bakery area and retail dairy area when water is running in handwashing sink in bakery department. Hot water foot peddle observed to stick when washing hands in bakery department. Water continued to run and liquid observed to backup onto floor from drain near the handwashing sink. Water then began to back-up in bakery retail area followed by the dairy retail area. |
