The walk around cooler was scanned with an infrared surface thermometer at 51 degrees. Several foods were probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer. Grape juice 54 degrees. Strawberry Banana Juice. White turkey lunch meat 52 degrees. The PIC voluntarily discarded all temperature controlled for safety foods in this cooler.
