Observed Belmont branded cheesecake slices labeled "Keep Frozen" displayed for retail sale in the open beverage and baked goods cooler not frozen solid. 5 strawberry swirl cheesecakes, 6 New York Style cheesecakes, and 5 turtle cheesecakes. Discussed with PIC that these items labeled keep frozen must be datemarked to discard 6 days after they day of moving to refrigeration. The PIC voluntarily discarded these items. |
