Food items in the grab and go case located in the middle of the retail area were observed at a temperature above 41 degrees (probed with state calibrated thermometer-Angus Bacon and Cheddar burger at 60 degrees-pulled for disposal-photograph attached-discussed with PIC that if the cooler was in defrost that it should not affect the food temperatures-PIC advised that maintenance has come out to repair the cooler on two separate occasions and inspector discussed not to store anything there until repairs are made and frequently monitor the cooler when it is repaired). |
