A blender filled with water, the blender lid, and several spoons were observed in the kitchen hand sink. The PIC stated that it was being rinsed out after making a smoothie. Discussed that hand washing sinks are to be used only for hand washing. The blender and other items were moved to the 3 compartment sink. |

4 half dozen cartons of white eggs and 1 half dozen carton of brown eggs were observed in the open retail cooler with no labeling. Each carton of eggs must have a safe handling label on it. The eggs are repacked from bulk cartons of eggs in the firm in clean plastic cartons. These eggs should be labeled with the name and address of the firm as well as a safe handling label. |
