Safe food handling label on raw foods that require further processing. out 4 half dozen cartons of white eggs and 1 half dozen carton of brown eggs were observed in the open retail cooler with no labeling. Each carton of eggs must have a safe handling label on it. The eggs are repacked from bulk cartons of eggs in the firm in clean plastic cartons.
