Observed piping underneath 3 Compartment sink not piped/plumbed correctly and is causing grease to not drain properly. Firm's 3 compartment drains were plumbed with rubber drain traps and all 3 drains were connected with a combination of rubber and PVC pipe. |
They have been instructed by inspector on what needs to be replaced and how plumbing should look for proper grease trap maintenance and cleaning. |
