Discussed that a wall mounted soap dispenser is not required and that a bottle of hand soap can be kept at the sink. PIC retrieved a bottle of hand soap from the shelf to place at this sink. |

A damp wiping cloth was observed stored on a cutting board in the meat service area. Discussed that damp wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer solution. The PIC directed an employee to take the wiping cloth away for cleaning and it was placed in a hamper to be laundered. |
