Deli case is at 53 degrees which is causing the food stored inside to loose temperature. The PIC stated it was in defrost mode. Inspector stated that being in defrost mode should not cause the temperature of the food to rise to that warm temperature. |

The clutter is being removed and some improvements have been made, there is still alot more. Overtime as the facility continues to work at removing it, it shall be better. Old coolers, tools, cardboard boxes, etc. to be removed from inside. |
