The service cooler was scanned with an infrared surface thermometer at 54 degrees. Foods inside this cooler were probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer. Pickled souse was measured at 46 degrees. Liver cheese was measured at 48 degrees. The PIC voluntarily discarded all temperature controlled for safety foods in this cooler. The PIC also states that repair technicians are already scheduled to come service this cooler. |
