1.) 10 bags of ice bagged on site is not labeled with the name and address of the firm. Firm employee states that he ran out of labels while creating ice bags. 2.) Eggs were observed for sale individually from 30 count egg trays with no labeling. Eggs must be labeled with the name and address of the manufacturer, the quantity offered for sale, the expiration date of the eggs, and a safe handling label. |

An opened 3lb 7oz can of olives was observed in the lower chamber of the middle prep cooler. Canned foods must be moved to a covered food safe container after opening. A member of the kitchen staff placed these olives in a food safe container during the inspection. |

The walk in freezer door was frozen shut during the inspection. After getting the door open it was observed that the door seal gasket of the walk in freezer is torn and ice was building up along the edge of the torn. Door needs to be repaired. |
