Observed the firm's thermometer used in testing commercial dishwasher hot water to only hit 70C (158F). Also, thermometer was stuck in Celsius mode before it was used to check dishwasher. My lollipop thermometer registered at 165F. |
PIC replaced batteries and was able to change it to Fahrenheit. |
