The kitchen refrigerator was scanned with an infrared surface thermometer at 55 degrees. Foods in this cooler were probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer. Cheese at 60 degrees. Pizza puffs at 62 degrees. The PIC discarded all temperature controlled for safety items in this refrigerator. |

While the inspector got a temperature of 55 degrees in this cooler with an infrared thermometer, the thermometer in this refrigerator reads 40 degrees. The PIC had two thermometers inside the service cooler. One was moved to this refrigerator. |
