Hand sink in the prep area leaks from the bottom while washing hands. The 3 compartment sink need welding to ensure the sanitizer compartment does not leak out. The lid on the blue bunny chest freezer is missing. |
The facility had a large black tub to use for temporary fix until the sink is repaired. Inspector will return in 10 days to make sure the sink is keeping the water in the sink. |
