Observed multiple items in WIC with an internal temperature of 61 degrees. Items included milk, hot dogs, jalapeno dogs, and other items that say keep refrigerated. PIC stated WIC door was slightly open when she arrived at the store that morning. 3 cases of roller grill items were delivered on current days that are still in required temperature of 41 degrees or below. Confirmed via invoice items were delivered today. All temperatures taken with inspector probe thermometer.
