No items in the walk in freezer were hard to the touch. The PIC called a refrigeration technician during the inspection to repair the freezer. A label with the name and address of the manufacturer must be affixed to the boxes this honey is displayed in. The PIC was able to show an invoice for this honeycomb. Distributed from Alaneeb in Michigan. Additionally, some self-dispensed foods in the firm had labeling that had been torn off. Need to replace lableing. Core (C) 0

Personal items must be keep in a designated area only used for storing personal items. Eating and drinking in the meat department was not observed during the inspection.
