The kaiser style bunker case used to display cut fruit was scanned with an infrared surface thermometer at 57 degrees. Foods inside this cooler were probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer with watermelon chunks at 51 degrees and cantaloupe chunks at 48 degrees. A hold order was issued during the inspection for all items in this cooler. |
