Sliced cakes did not have allergen label or name and address present. Ice bagged on site did not have name and address label present. |
Inspector discussed writing with black permanent marker name and address on ice bags before filling them. Also make a copy of the allergen label and place on sliced cakes. As well as writing name of business on cakes. |
