PIC discarded all items that had date marking past 7 days. Pulled pork Sandwiches were not being made as no rolls on site and sandwiches were not being made as the under the counter cooler was not working. However, we discussed monitoring items in the cooler daily to ensure if not used discarded on day 7 |
