When washing my hands inside the meat department hand sink; I noted that it was turned off. This is the only hand sink inside the meat department food preparation area. When I asked the PIC inside the meat department, they stated that they have been washing their hands inside there 3 Compartment sink. When water was turned back on, it was brownish in color. |
Water was turned on by PIC during inspection. |

PIC replaced both test strips with up-to-date Quat test strips. |

I observed small leak at base of hand sink inside the Meat department once it was turned on. The is where the sink is operated with a foot pedal at the base of sink. |
