No date marking was observed on the bags of iced coffee and the bags of creamer in the retail iced coffee and creamer dispensers. Discussed with PIC that these bags must be date marked to discard 6 days after the date of opening. Discussed that if the firm wishes to keep these items longer than 6 days it must apply for a variance with the Dept. of Agriculture. Variance information has been emailed to the firm. |
