Several frozen food items were observed at temperatures ranging from 27-37 degrees Fahrenheit in a bunker case near retail reach-in freezers and dairy. Frozen foods were observed fully thawed and soft when touched. This inspector advised that if the bunker case is in defrost mode it should not have any impact on the temperature of the food. |
Food items were covered and labeled until they are scanned out for disposal. |
