1) The hand sink in the deli department located near the fryers and warmers was observed leaking when the pedal was pressed to turn on the water.
2) The hand sink located in the meat department room was not working properly (water does not come on).
3) Excessive ice buildup was observed on the floor in the novelty walk-in freezer and at the entrance of the bakery walk-in freezer.
4) The three-compartment sink for the deli has a leak coming from the sanitizing dispenser (firm given ten days to make repairs and recently had it repaired-firm has continued to use the sink and has an additional three-compartment sink that can be used until the leak is repaired and is fully supplied) |
