**Observed raw shell eggs stored in a wire basket in the walk-in cooler. Raw eggs are used for breakfast biscuit production. PIC stated that they obtain raw shell eggs from a local farmer down the street. No cartons, documentation or invoicing were available to show where the eggs are coming from. |
