Observed multiple bottles in juice RIC such as Milos's tea, Simply Orange Juice and other items that states to keep refrigerated at temperatures ranging from 47-58 Degrees F. PIC stated they had received a truck delivery that morning and was short staffed and the product may have set out. Inspector looked at invoice and confirmed products were delivered within a 2-hour window of inspection. Firm was able to pull products off of retail sales floor, place in WIC and to achieve required internal temperature of 41 or below. Equipment temperature was 36 degrees F. |
PIC voluntary removed items to place into walk in cooler to get internal temperature to below 41 degrees F. |

Observed no drain available at time of inspection for mop water disposal. When asked, PIC stated they dump water outside. Firm does have a triple sink in produce area that can be used for a mop sink. Firm does not cut or wash and produce. |
