Observed Retail Open Air Cooler to be 49 degrees F. Inspector then used calibrated thermometer to probe various "refrigerate only" food products ranging from prepackaged sandwiches to salad kits to bottled juices that ranged in temperature from 47 - 52 degrees F. |
PIC voluntarily removed out of temperature products and discarded them in the onsite dumpster witnessed by the Inspector. |
