An uncovered try of biscuits was observed in the kitchen freezer. The PIC covered these with a piece of parchment paper during the inspection. 2.) 2 large opened cans of banana pudding were observed in the kitchen refrigerator. The PIC moved this banana pudding to a plastic food storage container during the inspection. Discussed the canned foods must be moved to a food safe, non-reactive container once they have been opened. Priority (P) 1
