The 3 compartment sink was set up to wash and sanitize equipment in the kitchen and meat cutting area. The sanitizer water basin registered at 200+ PPM when tested with the firm's chlorine test strips. The PIC added more water to this basin and it still registered 200+ PPM. The PIC then drained the water stating the firm would prepare new sanitizer water to get the correct PPM. |

1.) Forty-six packages of baked goods from Lily's Bakery and Catering were observed for sale with improper labeling. 7 packages of cake were not labeled with the common name of the item, some of these baked goods had allergen warnings present but not others. Some had ingredient labeling and others did not. The address of the manufacturer was not labeled on any of the items. Only the name and phone number of the manufacturer. 2.) Six packages of baked goods were observed on the retail sales floor beyond the name and phone number of the manufacturer.
