No sanitizer was available in the firm. This firm's previous inspection indicates it uses Spectrum 2 sanitizer. The inspector and PIC looked for this sanitizer and could not find any. A bottle of bleach was found on the retail shelf. This was placed at the 3 compartment sink to use as sanitizer until the normal quaternary ammonium sanitizer is found. |
