Observed that PIC could not speak to sanitizer testing and process. When testing, the PIC dipped test strip and stated that they leave inside the sanitizer for 30 seconds. Per manufacturer's instructions, test strip must be dipped for no longer than 10 seconds to insure a proper reading. Also, PIC stated that the correct percentage was between 400 -500 ppm. Per manufacturer's instructions, your sanitizer concentration must be between 200 to 400 ppm. |
