1.) A small cockroach (appeared to be a German cockroach nymph) was observed crawling on the kitchen hand sink. No other evidence of cockroach infiltration or infestation was observed. Discussed with PIC that the firm may place sticky traps down to monitor potential pest infestations. 2.) A fly was observed in a bucket of sugar on a prep cart in the kitchen. The PIC discarded the entire bucket of sugar during the inspection. |
