The retail dairy cooler was scanned with an infrared surface thermometer at 50 degrees. The thermometers inside this cooler read 45 and 47 degrees. Foods in the cooler were probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer. Yogurt 47 degrees. Colby jack cheese 46 degrees. Parfait cup 46 degrees. The store manager called to open a service ticket for this cooler during the inspection. The PIC voluntarily discarded all products from this case during the inspection. |
