Observed numerous milk products to be above temperature for safe cold holding. Temperatures were ranging from 44-46 degrees when checked with inspector probe thermometer. Items included whole milk gallons, 1/2 whole milk gallons, 2% milk gallons, 2% 1/2 Gallons, 1/2 gallon Silk Products, Shamrock milk products. All items say keep refrigerated. Inspector will place detailed hold order on items until firm can scan out items. |
PIC removed items from retail sale and placed in storage walk in cooler. Inspector will place hold order on milk products on items. |
