I observed ice bags made in house to be missing proper labeling; Name, Address, and Phone # of firm.
**I also observed individual fruit cups missing proper Food labeling. These labels need the manufactures name, address, phone number, allergens, etc. |

I observed that 3 Compartment sink was not able to drain properly. While I was running water inside the adjacent hand sink there 3 Compartment sink was backing up. |
I advised firm to clean their Grease Trap to ensure wastewater is draining properly. |
