Observed in use TCS creamer held inside the creamer dispenser to be date marked 9/24/24. Today's inspection date was 11/12/24. PIC stated that she was not aware that they were using this equipment, and that it has been damaged for a while. The TCS Creamer Dispenser was still plugged in, keeping adequate temperature, and cold holding date marked TCS creamer during today's inspection.
