Observed the PIC inside meat department to move test strip when testing and also removed the strip within 2 seconds. The manufacturing instructions state that the test strip must not be moved and must be held inside the sanitizer for 10 seconds to get an accurate reading of their sanitizer concentration. |

Observed the 3 Compartment sink inside the Seafood/Meat department to be backing up on to the floor when draining the sink. This is causing water to puddle up underneath the seafood prep tables. Observed heavy water leak underneath the produce hand sink causing wastewater to drain onto the floor and not drain properly. |
PIC has placed work orders for sink issues today. |
