Observed the following in the retail cooler for sale: 2 packs of Johnsonville Cheddar Brats, 2 packs of Johnsonville Italian Sausage Hot, 1 pack of Johnsonville Brats, 3 packs of Johnsonville Beer Brats all with mold on the brats at time of investigation. Observed 10 packs of Wampler's mild roll sausage and 6 packs of Wampler's hot roll sausage all with gas build up dated 07/13 and 07/20. Observed 2 packs Swaggerty's Sausage links with mold.
