Observed firm is selling several individual containers of fresh cheeses and prosciutto from a vendor (Grey's Fine Cheeses) that does not have a Manufacturing Permit, which is required to distribute your product to other companies.

All product from unapproved vendor was voluntarily removed from retail sale. I also placed these 114 individual items on hold for food safety. |
