The following items in the walk in cooler was observed to be held above 41 F. All temperatures were verified with TDA digital probe thermometer. Container of sliced onions 58.6F, Container of sliced cucumbers 49.2F, Container of chicken teriyaki 56.6F, container of sliced turkey 53.3F, container of sliced ham 49.4F, & container of chicken strips 52.1F.
The following is a number of prepped food containers observed. Sliced turkey 2, chicken strips 3, rotisserie chicken 2, steak 2, chicken teriyaki 2, sliced ham 3, cold cut combo 2, sliced onion 4, sliced cucumber 1, sliced tomato 1, shredded lettuce 1, sliced pepperoni 2, sliced salami 2, sliced pepper jack cheese 1 and multiple cases of TCS items. A total list of items compiled by the store manager is attached. |
All TCS items that were stored in the walk in cooler were discarded during inspection. |
