Datemarking program is not in place. This product falls under 7 days which the firm does not use before freezing. Firm holds product three days in the cooler and any left they freeze and sell frozen. They process several times a week. But product is not datemarked. Firm must datemark produced on date and use by date on bottle. Then after they freezer then must reflect the number of days left once frozen. Example, if produced on 09/06 and freeze on 09/09 then there would only be three days left for the consumer to use after thawing. That must reflected in the datemarking if selling frozen after left in cooler for whatever days in the 7 day process. |
