The walk in freezer was measured with an infrared surface thermometer at 32 degrees. No foods inside the walk in freezer were frozen solid to the touch. The PIC was aware the walk in freezer was not holding foods frozen and has already contacted a technician to repair it. The PIC has marked all foods that state "Keep Frozen" on the packaging with a black X to indicate that it needs to be discarded. |
