Observed when testing fruit wash sanitizer, the PIC dipped test strip for over 10 seconds. Per manufacturer's instructions, fruit wash test strips must be dipped quickly for 1 or 2 seconds to accurately test sanitizer. |

Observed when PIC made and tested fruit wash that it registered well over 2.0 using firm's test strips. The PIC made 2 additional basins that also registered above 2.0. |
