I observed that several TCS salads (4 each), Cobb Salad (3 each), Italian Subs (5 each), Cantaloupe cups (6 Each), and Honey Dew Melon Cups (3 each) with Tuesday date stickers on several of these items. There were no times on stickers. The inspection today was on 9/5/24 (Thursday) and all TCS foods had a Tuesday date dot. After speaking with the PIC Mr. Brendan Food and Beverage Manager; he stated that they throw these food items away if not sold every day. |
All foods that were date marked past there creation and cold held were discarded during inspection. |
