produce cooler is in defrost but it seems to be defrost set too high or there is a cooling issue. Cut produce and salads and smoothies, snack trays are running from 59 degrees shredded lettuce, 55 degrees snack trays, 57 & 58 cobbs salad, guacamole is 54 degrees, smoothies 53 degrees and baby carrots 55 degrees. All of this product is being pulled to be disposed of. Whole fruit and produce not cut or processed is fine but do not put anything else in that is cut or processed that requires refrigeration until it is checked and repaired. |
