Inspector observed abundant ice/ frost growth inside a retail freezer, inside the retail novelty chest freezer, inside the walk in freezer. Inspector observed a spill where tea and juices go inside the retail coolers along with growth of black organic matter on the bottom wracks of the retail coolers. |
Person in charge cleaned up the juice/ tea spill during inspection. PIC stated they would get the bottom wracks cleaned. |
