Noted that the cutting boards in the Produce Department, cutting boards in the Seafood Department, and cutting boards at the Pizza Prep Station in the Deli Department were heavily stained and scarred with deep cuts at the time of inspection.
Noted that the cutting board in the Deli Department at the food prep station BOH had two corner's broken off leaving jagged edges. Not easily cleanable. |
