Observed the following food contact surfaces in the bakery area to be visually unclean, cake decorating tips, with brown organic matter crusted on them, dough blade with dried white organic matter, and large mixer whisk stored as clean with dried red liquid on it. Observed numerous pans under the bakery prep table with icing dried in them. |
PIC voluntarily moved items in the kitchen to sink for future cleaning. PIC stated the bakery is shut down due to baker quitting the last night. |
