Observed several sandwiches packaged in house to be outside the temperature safe zone for cold holding. I used my probe thermometer, and the average internal temperature was between 47 to 57F |
All the Cold TCS food items stored in sandwich cooler that registered above 41F were voluntarily discarded by PIC during inspection. |
